Todd Stashwick:
How To Be a Villain

Todd has worked on several popular franchises including Angel, Heroes, Star Trek, Supernatural, The Originals, and most notably a 35 episode run on 12 Monkeys. Todd even also played Dr. Drakken in the live action Kim Possible. Todd has a rich background of playing villains but splits his career between comedy and villainy with lighter roles in popular franchises like How I Met your Mother, Dharma and Greg, and Will and Grace. 

Todd led a 3 day Masterclass on the improv styling and technique taught at the Hot House Improv company in LA. He also helped each actor lay out a trajectory for their career and goals.

Hilary Jones: 
Voice and Dialect

Hilary has been a member of The Centre For Voice in Performance at The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland since 1996, having previously taught at a number of major UK drama schools, including Central, RWCMD, Rose Bruford and GSA. Hilary has worked with several A list stars on dialect and vocal training including James McAvoy and Glenn Close.

Hilary led our actors through several regional dialects that are very common in Film, TV, and Video Games in the current market. Hilary guided our students in the proper ways to prepare a dialect as well as how various conditions of a region can affect a local dialect. 

Lane Savadove: Viewpoints

Lane Savadove has been directing and teaching nationally and internationally for over 20 years. In 1993, Savadove founded the award winning repertory company, EgoPo Classic Theater, and continues as its Artistic Director. Lane is a multiaward winning director and former faculty member of the Tisch School of the Arts. 

Lane is considered one of the few masters in the entire world of the Viewpoints Movement style and lead our intensive through the core practices of Viewpoints. 

Jason Kirkpatrick: Chekhov 

Jason Kirkpatrick is most known for his roles in The Walking Dead, Outer Banks, The Hunt, Deepwater Horizon, and Mudbound. Jason is a world class actor and well known practitioner of the Chekhov style of acting. 

Jason focused his Masterclass on the techniques of Chekhov and on harnessing emotion through breath. The three day program was the most emotionally intense of all the Masterclasses this year and led to amazing developments in all of our performers.

Lance Nichols:
Soaring in the
Southeast Market

Lance is a New Orleans based actor known best for his role in The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. He has accumulated over 200 IMDB credits in his nearly 40 year career in the film industry. 

While working with the Superhero Training Center, Lance led a 3-day masterclass on how to conquer the Southeast market. His class included career consultation, self tape coaching, and industry recommendations.

Matthew Sefick: 
Casting Director 

Matthew Sefick is a Casting Director known best for Homeland, Queen of the South, and Paradise Lost. 

Matthew is based in the Southeast and is no stranger to the self-tape market. Sefick led a 3 day masterclass on self taping where he watched initial tapes, coached callbacks, gave one on one feedback to each actor, and gave a behind the scenes look at the casting process.

Dorian Frankel: 
Casting Director

Dorian is a legendary casting director know for Parks and Recreation, Veep, Curb your Enthusiasm amoung many others.

She joined us this year for a 3-day masterclass on comedy casting. Dorian assigned three separate auditions for each student to self tape and submit. She gave one on one feedback on each audition as well as a casting insight into each student’s actorsaccess page.  

Joshua Bromfield Davis: Stella Adler Technique 

Joshua is an Australian born American Actor currently based in NYC. He has been training with the Stella Adler Studio since 2016 and works under legendary teacher Ron Burrus. 

Josh led a Masterclass on using the imagination and exploring the Stella Adler Technique.
